All You Need to Know

Sarah is a Registered Dietitian, and 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition as well as her Master in Business Administration from Florida International University in Miami and has been in practice as a Dietitian for six years. As a type 1 diabetic, health and fitness has always been center of Sarah's life. In 2021, Sarah completed her 200hr yoga teaching certification from Black Swan Yoga in Houston.Sarah has an undying love for food and a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term health, performance and nutrition goals.
